What is healing?

From the perspective of quantum physics,Healing transforms the low-frequency energy state in the human electromagnetic field through "resonance" to increase energy frequency. This means humans can use methods to raise their energy field, converting originally low-frequency, heavy, and dense energy into light, subtle, low-density, and high-frequency energy.


 

What are the common types of healing?

Meditation Healing

Meditation is a form of altering consciousness that enhances self-awareness and physical-mental well-being through deep tranquility.
